Dr Susil Bera
MB, BS, MD, FRCR
Specialising in interventional radiology, plain film and general ultrasound reporting.
Dr Susil Bera received his primary medical degree at NRS Medical College and Hospital (Calcutta, India) in 1971. He then received his Postgraduate qualification MD in Radio-diagnosis at AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) in New Delhi 1976. Further radiology training from 1976-1982 in the UK lead to Susil obtaining fellowship in Radiology FRCR (UK) in 1982. Susil worked as a consultant radiologist at Walsgrave Hospital and UHCW (University Hospital Coventry and Warwick) from 1982-2016. He continued to work as a part time consultant radiologist in the UK until Feb 2025. Susil has joined Allevia Radiology in March 2025 as a consultant radiologist, focusing on plain film and general ultrasound reporting.
