Terms & Conditions

We utilise the Windcave Payment Gateway to process payments for invoices. To enable Windcave to provide secure payment facilities, they acquire information which may include a cardholder’s name and credit card number (with the expiry date). That information is collected when a card and its information is provided to a Windcave payment solution.

Windcave is committed to data security and is a level 1 certified PCI-DSS compliant provider.

Cash

Allevia Radiology will only accept the exact fee amount in cash. Please inform us before your appointment if you prefer this payment method.

Overseas and Travel Insurance

We do not accept overseas or travel insurance; you will need to pay for your procedure on the day of the appointment and claim back from your insurers.
